About Us
Ben West established Landscaping Solutions with the aim of becoming the most reliable landscaping contracting firm in London. The vision was to put together a team of hard and soft landscaping professionals and trainees dedicated to creating first class private gardens based on sound horticultural and construction knowledge, skills and practice, a good eye for detail and a good ear for listening to and understanding the needs and wishes of clients. Those same professionals would need to understand that the client comes first and that the level of service provided would have to be of equal importance to the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail involved in the execution of the work.
Ben was well placed to realise this vision having worked in various capacities in both the horticultural and building sectors, large and small, at home in Great Britain and oversees. Experience of working for other companies and in other countries was valuable in allowing an objective assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of various approaches and differing systems.
True to the vision, Landscaping Solutions has become an established and well respected member of the landscaping community, awarded by the RHS and recognised by BALI as providing quality garden design, build, maintenance and project management services to garden and landscape designers and private clients across London and the South-East. Landscaping Solutions aim to stay true to this vision in the long term and to strive for excellence in all areas of landscape design and construction. We will continue to value hard earned wisdom and experience and to develop youth in order to provide an unsurpassed service to our clients and an excellent working environment for our staff.
