It was good to talk about how the inside of the property would be protected during the project, the guys that would be carrying out the work, their skills and backgrounds and about our budget and estimated time scales.
We got back to the Knowles’ with an assurance that budgets would be met and times scales adhered to. Our costs were competitive and the work got underway a couple of weeks later.
True to their word the guys were clean, courteous and conscientious. The work was carried out with the minimum of fuss and we were kept in the picture at all times. We were so impressed that we left the men to get on with in whilst we took the kids away on holiday for a fortnight.
When the family returned they were pleased to see that their money had been well spent.
