Initial site visit and assessment
Verbal appraisal and a plan of action

A PLAN OF ACTION:

Upon agreeing to enter into contract the client will receive a formal document detailing;

  • appraisal of current garden condition

  • suggestions for the garden going forward

  • checklist of work that has been agreed upon

  • schedule and plan of action for executing the work

OUR CHARGES:

Customer is billed after every session for;

  • time taken (agreed prior to session)

  • any additional materials (agreed prior to session)

  • any waste disposal (agreed prior to session)

FEEDBACK:

After each session a report is e-mailed to the client detailing;

  • work carried out and to be carried out in the next session

  • how this integrates with the general ongoing plan

  • any extra material or waste disposal costs that may be required next session

  • a request for feedback and customer appraisal
