MOLESEY PROJECT (KT8)
A profusion of herbaceous planting is a key element in this garden design in Molesey. A York stone patio next to the property leads to a Breedon gravel pathway, flanked by beds of colourful Echinacea, Monarda, Heuchera, Salvia and Agapanthus and on to a hardwood deck looking out over the River Mole. Bespoke architectural ironwork incorporating blown glass ensures that this garden remains unique to the client. By night, the ornate obelisks are illuminated by outdoor garden lighting to add drama and intrigue to the scene. All the planting beds are kept in good condition by the inclusion of an automatic garden watering system. The result is a very distinctive riverside garden design.
